Any other suggestions or ideas?
(1) Participants buy "play money" for use in the evening and place bets on pre-recorded races (the results of the race are unknown to all participants and organizers at the time of the event). At the end of the evening, the play money is exchanged for non-cash value prizes such as gift cards, door prizes, etc.
(2) Participants are quizzed on trivia questions that may or may not be themed for the evening. Winnings would be in the form of non-cash value prizes such as gift cards, door prizes, etc.
(3) Newly opened climate controlled driving range in Mount Laurel with multiple levels, bars, and restaurants. Technology includes marked golf balls that will report distance achieved back to the players.
(4) This is a one-woman theater show in which the actress plays an old school nun teaching catechism class, and the audience is the class. It is a humorous return to our Catholic school roots. This show has been in the Bristol Riverside Theatre in Bristol, PA in recent years and will play in Doylestown, PA in June. If there is interest, we will watch the theater schedules for more local showings. Proceeds benefit retired sisters.
(5) Up to 12 participants are "locked" in a sealed room and have to find clues that will lead your way out. A room monitor will watch and advise with clues as needed. It is a problem solving experience that will take a strong team to overcome.
(6) Seriously, there is an axe throwing range in Cherry Hill where you can throw axes at a target for two hours.
(7) Please consider if you would like to help form a Social Activities Committee
